At The Magnet Collective, we bring the art of café-quality coffee directly to your workplace or event. With over 20 years’ experience in the Industry, we specialise in creating a warm, professional coffee experience designed to impress clients, reward staff, or elevate your corporate gathering.

What We Offer

Our mobile coffee cart is fully self-contained and ideal for offices, conferences, product launches, networking days, and corporate celebrations. We serve a range of ethically sourced, locally roasted coffees along with a variety of teas and speciality drinks.

 

Menu Options:

  • Espresso-based drinks: Flat White, Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, Espresso, Macchiato, Mocha, Cortado 

  • Iced coffee & Tea 

  • Selection of teas and herbal infusions

  • Spiced Chai  & hot chocolate

  • Non-dairy alternatives (oat, almond, soy, coconut milk)

  • ​Optional sweet add-ons: homemade baked cakes, brownies, pastries or breakfast items

Service Packages & Pricing

 

Pricing includes set-up, trained barista, all consumables, and high-quality house roasted coffee beans. Travel within 10 miles of Wigan included; additional mileage charged at £0.50/mile.​

  • Express Break - Up to 2 hours Up to 60 drinks  full coffee menu From £300

  • Half-Day Service  - Up to 4 hours Up to 120 drinks, full menu,  From £495

  • Full-Day Service  - Up to 6 hours Up to 300 drinks, full menu From £875

  • Unlimited Package  - Full day Unlimited servings (up to 300 people) Two baristas, From £1350

 

    Add-Ons 

  •    Pre-booked extra block (50 drinks) £110

  •    Unplanned extra drinks £5 per drink

Whether it’s a wedding morning, birthday celebration, babby shower or gender reveal, community gathering, or family event, our coffee cart adds warmth, flavour, and a professional touch.

Our mobile cart setup is fully self-contained and can operate indoors or outdoors (with suitable access). We provide everything needed; coffee beans, milk, cups, and equipment -  so you can relax and enjoy the event.
