Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay due to supplier issues, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Delivery Options

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping options may include:

  • Standard Delivery (3–5 working days)

  • Tracked Delivery (1–3 working days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal or courier delays beyond our control.

Local Collection

Free local collection is sometimes available from in Wigan, Greater Manchester available by appointment only . please contact us to pace order.
You’ll receive an email or message once your order is ready for collection, along with collection instructions and opening times.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions within the UK.

Delivery to some local areas in wigan are may be cheaper than others if you are in our local area.​

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Packaging

We aim to use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging wherever possible, in line with our sustainability values. Some items (such as fragile goods) may require protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping.
If you are based outside the UK and wish to order, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We’ll investigate with the courier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

We may request photos of damaged items for our records.
