At The Magnet Collective, we bring the heart of café culture to your celebration — wherever it’s happening. With over two decades of experience in the Australian and UK coffee scene, we know how to turn great coffee into a memorable part of any occasion. Whether it’s your wedding day, birthday celebration, baby shower or gender reveal, community gathering, or family event, our coffee cart adds warmth, flavour, and a professional touch.

Our mobile cart setup is fully self-contained and can operate indoors or outdoors (with suitable access). We provide everything needed coffee beans, milk, cups, and equipment so you can relax and enjoy the event. 

Menu Options:

  • Handcrafted espresso-based drinks ; Flat White, Latte, Cappuccino, Long Black, Espresso, Macchiato, Cortado 

  • Spiced Chai, House made Peruvian Hot Chocolate,  Mocha, Pistachio Latte , House Made Caramel Latte 

  • Iced Coffees & Tea 

  • Dairy-free milk alternatives

  • Optional add-ons: homemade cakes, pastries, breakfast rolls, or desserts

Service Packages & Pricing

 

Pricing includes set-up, trained barista, all consumables, and high-quality house roasted coffee beans. Travel within 5 miles  included; additional mileage charged at £1- mile.​

  • Morning Kickstart  - Up to 2 hours Up to 60 drinks  full coffee menu From £300

  • Celebration Service - Up to 4 hours Up to 120 drinks, full menu,  From £499

  • Full-Day Service -  Up to 6 hours Up to 300 drinks, full menu From £899

  • If you want your guests to pay for their own drinks, pay per drink is always available also

Add-Ons 

  •    Pre-booked extra block 1 hour (50 drinks) £125

  •    Unplanned extra drinks £5 per drink
