From the highlands of Cajamarca in northern Peru, this beautiful coffee is grown around the village of San Felipe by a community of small coffee producers.

Grown high in the mountains and carefully washed and dried, it produces a wonderfully balanced cup smooth and comforting

We roast it in small batches here at The Magnet Collective, bringing out its natural sweetness while keeping the cup beautifully balanced.
