A clean and balanced Mexican coffee from the Chiapas region, grown high in the Sierra Madre mountains.

This coffee comes from 24 farming communities across Frailesca and Sierra Mariscal, where coffee is grown between 1,200 and 1,800 metres above sea level. The farms sit around the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, with coffee grown alongside other crops in traditional polyculture systems.

The coffee is washed processed, giving it a clean cup and letting the natural character of the beans come through.

Expect a smooth, balanced coffee with a gentle sweetness and a clean finish, making it a really versatile coffee for both filter and espresso.
