This premium decaf comes from 24 farming communities in the Sierra Madre de Chiapas, grown at 1,200–1,800 metres in the lush El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. The farms use diverse growing systems that support both the environment and local livelihoods.
 
Caffeine is gently removed using the Mountain Water Process, a chemical-free method that uses pure water from Pico de Orizaba to keep the coffee tasting just as it should.
Expect bright citrus and orange flavours, balanced by a touch of brown sugar sweetness. A smooth, comforting decaf that’s easy to enjoy at any time of day.
