Sourced from Dimtu, a 151-hectare farm in Ethiopia’s Guji zone, this organic Grade 4 natural coffee comes from the JARC 74112 variety. This is one of several "74 series" varieties developed by JARC that have become popular in the specialty coffee world due to their combination of desirable traits.
Carefully dried on raised beds for 19 days, the cherries are covered during peak sun and turned hourly to ensure even drying and prevent over-fermentation. Grown at 1950–2250m by smallholder farmers, this Arabica coffee preserves the rich heritage of Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, where high-altitude farms and wild coffee forests produce some of the world’s finest specialty beans.
